The short version: you bought Fieldlines once, it's yours to use on your devices, and your scripts and videos belong to you.

Who we are

Fieldlines and this website are published by Field and Coast Department LLC ("Field & Coast Dept.", "we", "us").

License

Fieldlines is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps from the App Store (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement"), plus these terms. If they conflict, Apple's agreement wins.

Your content

You own everything you write and record with Fieldlines. We don't have access to it and claim no rights to it.

Purchases

Fieldlines is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple.

The free web teleprompter

The web teleprompter is free to use as is. It doesn't save scripts, so keep your own copy of anything important.

Use it responsibly

Don't use Fieldlines to record people without their permission where the law requires it.

No warranty

Fieldlines is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free, and we're not liable for lost work, missed takes, or other damages to the extent the law allows. Keep copies of important scripts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always in the app and on this page.
